How do you make a ubiquitous game for infinite? (Case Study)

Here's that case study of a design team that attempted to make their ubiquitous game, SF0, a bit more like an infinite game. Y

ou'll want to read the "About" page on SF0's main site, and compare it to the changes they've made in the case study link.

Your question for the week: Can you identify boundaries that the new design is playing with? What traits of infinite play does the new design possess? (or the old design, for that matter?)

This looks good.
Not really a game, but still good.

PLEASE FORWARD this FAR & WIDE!
FLASHDANCE 6 THIS SATURDAY: - but where should we do it?

Our next FREE outdoor dance party will be: Saturday 3/10 from 7:00PM
to 9:00PM at ??? PLEASE VOTE

Ahoy FlashDancers!!!!! So it has been a grueling and intense few
months punctuated by a few bouts of happy-happy joy-joy (like the
Pillowfight & my birthday party!) but I'm starting to see THE SIGNS:

I'm getting twitchy (but that might just be the epic workdays I've
been pulling - luckily they are done now!)
Everywhere I go someone says "Hey! When's the next FD?"
The weather is GORGEOUS*
I found myself buying a NEW SOUND SYSTEM that is SMALLER & YET DOUBLE
THE POWER - woot!
This can ONLY MEAN: IT IS TIME TO FLASHDANCE! Wooooooooo!!! :-) So
lets do it THIS SATURDAY NIGHT- but the only question is WHERE? What
do you guys think?

I'm itching to return to the Ferry Plaza - but I may wait til summer
for that perfect spot - hmmm but maybe Justin Herman Plaza..... I
wouldn't mind opening it to some strange new neighborhood (could we
rock & shock the Marina!?) Anyway lemme know what you think. I'LL
EMAIL OUT A FINAL LOCALE BEFORE SATURDAY. Here are the requirements:

It needs to be in SF & close to transit (because me no likey the
polluting)
It needs to be have good open space but still be urban
Foot traffic is a nice to have, because it brings in new peeps
Flat is good. Seems obvious - but a few places I've wanted to go have
a slight slope.
*Keep your fingers crossed that the weather holds because RAIN CANCELS.

WHAT: FlashDance 6 - our SIXTH, FREE impromptu outdoor dance party!
FD6 Marks the return of FD from our rainy season break. 2006 was such
a great year & I have NO doubt 2007 will be at least as much fun.....
If you're new to all this & want to know details & what sort of music
& that kind o' stuff - see the website: http://www.deeptrouble.com/
flashdance.html Also if you are curious as to some of my motivations
behind FD, see my blog entry about the 1 year anniversary.

WHEN: THIS Saturday, 3/10/07 @ 7pm to 9pm PLEASE BE ON TIME (Critical
mass is important for dance parties). The forecast says partly cloudy
- so let's cross our fingers so it will be dry. If it is raining,
we'll have to reschedule.

WHERE: TBD! - vote!

DETAILS: FlashDance is a flash mob dance party. Basically, we set a
time and a place & show up. I'll be there with a sound system & DJ
up a storm. You. Will. Boogie. This is the sixth one and the first
one this year. They have all been BIG FUN so far & you can check out
pix & write-ups at the website: http://www.deeptrouble.com/
